Refund Policy

Overview

Buyer Be Aware generates property intelligence reports by aggregating data from 12+ third-party APIs and data providers at the time of your request. Because these data retrieval costs are incurred immediately and cannot be reversed, our refund policy reflects the nature of the service.

Full Refund - Technical Failures

If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you will receive a full refund automatically. This includes:

  • Server errors that prevent report generation
  • Payment processed but no report delivered
  • System outages during report generation

Non-Refundable - Successfully Generated Reports

Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, it is non-refundable. This applies even if:

  • Some data sections return limited results (data availability varies by location)
  • You entered the wrong address (please double-check before purchasing)
  • You no longer need the report

Partial Data

Property reports aggregate data from many independent sources. Some sources may return limited or no data for certain addresses - particularly rural properties, new construction, or areas with limited public records. This is a reflection of available public data, not a defect in the service. Reports with partial data are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at support@buyerbeaware.io with your email address and the property address from your report. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company for a successfully delivered report, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend your account pending resolution. Please contact us first - we're happy to work with you.
