We want you to buy with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms, and no conditions on how complete the public data turned out to be for your address.
If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you receive a full refund automatically. This includes:
Property reports aggregate data from many independent public sources. Some sources return limited or no data for certain addresses, particularly rural properties, new construction, or areas with sparse public records. That reflects what is publicly available, not a defect in the service. Either way, the 7-day satisfaction guarantee above applies: if the report was not worth it to you, ask for a refund.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us at support@buyerbeaware.io with your email address and the property address from your report. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company for a successfully delivered report, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend your account pending resolution. Please contact us first - we're happy to work with you.
